Shannon Weimer Bio

Shannon Weimer has been writing stories since she was eight years old. Starting with short stories, she wrote fanfiction in her twenties then started writing original stories in her thirties.

In 2016, she challenged herself to NaNoWriMo and failed miserably. The next year, she tried and failed again. Then in 2018, she gave the challenge one more try... and won turning in almost 60,000 two days early! This accomplishment gave her back the joy she had as a child for writing stories again.

​

The story, The Stantons- Skye, became the first book in The Bexley Pack series and she started writing the next book. The series now has four completed books, one almost done and one more in progress.

​

Inspired by R.A. Salvatore's books about Drizzt Do'urden, she began working on a female protagonist for A Knife Betrayed.

Shannon's other interests are Pathfinder and Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars, RPGs, Stephen King, R.A. Salvatore, Anne Rice, going to Cons (love meeting the other nerdy people there!) and bookstores.
